LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES (CORPORATE BODIES) ACT, 1971 (DESIGNATION OF BODIES) ORDER, 1986.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (No. 6 of 1971) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (Designation of Bodies) Order, 1986.

2. The following bodies are hereby designated for the purposes of subsection (3) of section 3 of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 as bodies for which services may be provided by the Fire Prevention Council that is to say:—

— AMEV General Insurance Co. Ltd.

Ansvar Insurance Co. Ltd.

Celtic International Insurance Co. Ltd.

Chubb Insurance Co. Ltd.

Cigna Insurance Co. of Europe SA/NV.

Ecclesiastical Insurance Office Ltd.

F.M. Insurance Co. Ltd.

Insurance Company of North America (Ireland) Ltd.

PMPA Insurance PLC.

Universal Insurance Co. of Ireland Ltd.

Zurich Insurance Co.
