URBAN RENEWAL ACT, 1986 (DESIGNATED AREAS) ORDER, 1986.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (No. 19 of 1986), hereby orders as follows—

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (Designated Areas) Order, 1986.

2. Each of the areas described in Parts III, IV, V, VI and VII of the Fourth Schedule to the Finance Act, 1986 (No. 13 of 1986) is hereby declared to be a designated area for the purposes of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order declares the areas which, in addition to the Custom House Docks Area, are to be designated areas for the purposes of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 .
