NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED (VESTING DAY) ORDER, 1986.

I, MICHAEL NOONAN, T.D., Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 7 of the National Development Corporation Act, 1986 (No. 5 of 1986), hereby make the following order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the National Development Corporation Limited (Vesting Day) Order, 1986.

2. The 11th day of June, 1986, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the National Development Corporation Limited.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
