LOCAL GOVERNMENT REORGANISATION (SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS) (DUBLIN) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1986.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18 of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 (No. 7 of 1985), hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Supplementary Provisions) (Dublin) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986.

2. Article 3 of the Local Government Reorganisation (Supplementary Provisions) (Dublin) Regulations, 1985 ( S.I. No. 128 of 1985 ), as amended by the Local Government (Supplementary Provisions) (Dublin) (Amendment) Regulations, 1985 ( S.I. No. 418 of 1985 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph (f) of "31st day of December, 1986" for "31st day of March, 1986".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations provide for the continuation in effect until 31st day of December 1986 of certain provisions of the School Attendance Acts, 1926 to 1967 in the added areas and in the excluded areas as defined in section 9 of the Local Government (Reorganisation) Act, 1985 .
