FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1983.

I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1983.

2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).
