S.I. No. 350/1981 - Petroleum Oils (Control of Supply and Distribution) (Continuance) (No. 2) Order, 1981.


The Government, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 2 (4) of the Fuels (Control of Supplies) Act, 1971 (No. 3 of 1971), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum Oils (Control of Supply and Distribution) (Continuance) (No. 2) Order, 1981.

2. The Petroleum Oils (Control of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1979 ( S.I. No. 140 of 1979 ), shall continue in force for the period of six months from the 11th day of October, 1981.
