S.I. No. 311/1981 - Newspapers (Special Service For Conveyance by Post Office Mail Vans) Amendment (No. 8) Warrant, 1981.


I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 2 , 3 and 6 of the Post Office (Amendment) Act, 1969 , (No. 18 of 1969), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows:—

1. (1) This Warrant may be cited as the Newspapers (Special Service for Conveyance by Post Office Mail Vans) Amendment (No. 8) Warrant, 1981.

(2) This Warrant shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1981.

2. The Schedule to the Newspapers (Special Service for Conveyance by Post Office Mail Vans) Warrant, 1957 ( S.I. No. 37 of 1957 ), as amended by the Newspapers (Special Service for Conveyance by Post Office Mail Vans) Amendment (No. 7) Warrant, 1981 ( S.I. No. 121 of 1981 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for the entries therein of the entries in the Schedule to this Warrant.
