NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR EDUCATIONAL AWARDS ACT, 1979 (DESIGNATION OF INSTITUTIONS) ORDER, 1980.

I, JOHN P. WILSON, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979 (No. 30 of 1979), with the concurrence of the Minister for the Public Service and after consultation with the National Council for Educational Awards and with the Minister for Finance (being a Minister of the Government whom the Minister for Education considers to be concerned), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979 (Designation of Institutions) Order, 1980.

2. Each of the colleges, schools or other educational institutions specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby designated as being an institution to which the National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979 applies.
