CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1980) ORDER, 1980).

I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day, 1980) Order, 1980.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 30th day of September 1980, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 18th day of July, 1980.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints a day in 1980 on which ordinary members of the Cork District Milk Board shall be elected.
