25.—(1) Section 8 of the Act of 1969 is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) for “one hundred pounds” of “£300” and for “one hundred and fifty pounds” of “£400”.
(2) This section shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1980.
