WORKER PARTICIPATION (BRITISH AND IRISH STEAM PACKET COMPANY LIMITED) ORDER, 1979.

I, PADRAIG FAULKNER, Minister for Tourism and Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), (as adapted by the Transport and Power (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1977 )), and after consultation with the Minister for Labour, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Worker Participation (British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited) Order, 1979.

2. The quorum for a meeting of the board of the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited shall be six.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order alters the number of directors necessary to form a quorum for a meeting of the Board of the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Ltd.
