11.—(1) Any certificate under this Act suspended or cancelled under section 9 of this Act shall be delivered to the Minister by the holder as soon as practicable after it is suspended or cancelled. | |
(2) A person who fails or refuses to comply with subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £100. |
