BORD NA GAEILGE ACT, 1978(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1978

I, DONNCHA Ó GALLCHOBHAIR, Minister for the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 (2) of the Bord na Gaeilge Act, 1978 (No. 14 of 1978), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Bord na Gaeilge Act, 1978 (Commencement) Order, 1978.

2. The 1st day of November, 1978, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Bord na Gaeilge Act, 1978 , shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the Bord na Gaeilge Act, 1978 , into operation on the 1st day of November, 1978.
