I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Bord na Móna) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1978.

2. The 17th day of November, 1978, is in relation to Bord na Móna hereby appointed to be the nomination day for the purposes of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 17th November, 1978, as the day on which nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to Bord na Móna shall be received by the returning officer.
