S.I. No. 239/1978 - Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (Appointed Day) (Bord na Móna) Order, 1978.

I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (1) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (Appointed Day) (Bord na Móna) Order, 1978.

2. The 23rd day of August, 1978, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), in relation to Bord na Móna.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This order prescribes the appointed day for determining election years for the purposes of section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to Bord na Móna.
