LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES (CORPORATE BODIES) ACT, 1971 (DESIGNATION OF BODIES) ORDER, 1978. | ||
The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (No. 6 of 1971) hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (Designation of Bodies) Order, 1978. 2. The following bodies are hereby designated for the purposes of subsection (3) of section 3 of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 , as bodies for which services may be provided by the Fire Prevention Council, that is to say— | ||
