WOOL MARKETING (AN CHOMHAIRLE OLLA) ORDER, 1978.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 12 (3) of the Wool Marketing Act, 1968 , ( S.I. No. 26 of 1968 ) as adapted by the Agriculture and Fisheries (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977, ( S.I. No. 31 of 1977 ), hereby make the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Wool Marketing (An Chomhairle Olla) Order, 1978.

2. The number of members other than the Chairman of which An Chomhairle Olla shall partly consist shall be eleven.
