HARBOUR RATES (WICKLOW HARBOUR) ORDER, 1977.

I, PÁDRAIG FAULKNER, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and after due compliance with section 106 of that Act, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Wicklow Harbour) Order, 1977.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 22nd day of August, 1977.

2. The Harbour Rates (Wicklow Harbour) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 172 of 1949 ), shall have effect as if

( a ) the following Schedule were substituted for the First Schedule (inserted by the Harbour Rates (Wicklow Harbour) Order, 1971 ( S.I. No. 255 of 1971 )), thereto—

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order authorises Wicklow Harbour Commissioners to charge revised goods, tonnage and service rates at Wicklow Harbour.
