NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY, EDUCATION AND RESEARCH AUTHORITY ACT, 1977 (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1977.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 1 (2) of the National Agricultural Advisory Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1977.

2. Section 25 of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977) shall come into operation on the date of the making of this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order specifies that Section 25 of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 , shall come into operation on 29th June, 1977.
