NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY, EDUCATION AND RESEARCH AUTHORITY ACT, 1977 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1977.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (Commencement) Order, 1977.

2. In this Order "the Act" means the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977).

3. (1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 26 of, and the Second Schedule to, the Act shall come into operation on the date of the making of this Order.

(2) Sections 9, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30 (2), 31, 32, 48, 49 and 51 of, and the First Schedule to, the Act shall come into operation on the 4th day of July 1977.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order specifies that Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 26 of, and the Second Schedule to, the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 , shall come into operation on 23rd June, 1977 and Sections 9, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30 (2), 31, 32, 48, 49 and 51 and the First Schedule on 4th July, 1977.
