THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) ACT, 1976, (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 3) ORDER, 1976.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (3) of section 46 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 , (No. 20 of 1976), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 , (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 1976.

2. On the 1st day of January, 1977, sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 31 and subsection (3) of section 21 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 , and the Schedule to that Act shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation on 1st January, 1977, certain provisions of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 , relating to An Bord Pleanála which is being established as from 1st January, 1977.
