REGULATION OF BANKS (REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT) (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1976, (EXPIRATION) ORDER, 1976.

I, MICHAEL O'LEARY, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Regulation of Banks (Remuneration and Conditions of Employment) (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1976 (No. 18 of 1976), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Banks (Remuneration and Conditions of Employment) (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1976 , (Expiration) Order, 1976.

2. The 9th day of October, 1976, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Regulation of Banks (Remuneration and Conditions of Employment) (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1976 (No. 18 of 1976), shall expire.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
