LAW REFORM COMMISSION (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1975.

I, LIAM MAC COSGAIR, Taoiseach, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Law Reform Commission Act, 1976 (No. 3 of 1975), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Law Reform Commission (Establishment Day) Order, 1975.

2. The 20th day of October, 1975, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Law Reform Commission Act, 1975 (No. 3 of 1975).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes the 20th October, 1975 as the date on which the Law Reform Commission will be established.
