MAXIMUM PRICES (TURF BRIQUETTES) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1975.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Turf Briquettes) (No. 2) Order, 1975.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1975.

3. In this Order "west Cork" means that part of the county of Cork for the time being comprising the county electoral areas of Schull, Skibbereen and Bandon.

4. The maximum price at which turf briquettes may be sold at a place in the State not situated in the county of Kerry, the county of Donegal or west Cork is hereby fixed at 27p per bale.

5. The maximum price at which turf briquettes may be sold at a place in the State situated in the county of Kerry, the county of Donegal or west Cork is hereby fixed at 28p per bale.

6. The Maximum Prices (Turf Briquettes) Order, 1975 ( S.I. No. 18 of 1975 ), is hereby revoked.
