3.—Section 37 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (4):
“(5) The Authority shall not, without the prior permission of the Government, give in respect of a particular industrial undertaking a guarantee under this section of repayment of principal exceeding £500,000.”.
