FLUORIDATION OF WATER SUPPLIES (ROSCOMMON) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1974.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 2 and 4 of the Health (Fluoridation of Water Supplies) Act, 1960 (No. 46 of 1960) and having complied with subsection (4) of Section 2 of that Act and having consulted with the Minister for Local Government hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Roscommon) (Amendment) Regulations, 1974.

2. The Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Roscommon) Regulations, 1965 ( S.I. No. 98 of 1965 ) are hereby amended by the addition to the First Schedule of the following paragraph:—

5. The Ardcarne/Cootehall Regional piped water supply.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations add the Ardcarne/Cootehall Regional Water Supply to the list of public piped water supplies required by the regulations of 1965 to be fluoridated.
