THE MEDICO-SOCIAL RESEARCH BOARD (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1965 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1974.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3 and 4 of the Health (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1961 (No. 27 of 1961), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Medico-Social Research Board (Establishment) Order, 1965 (Amendment) Order, 1974.

2. Article 5 of the Medico-Social Research Board (Establishment) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 80 of 1965 ) is hereby amended by the substitution therein of "fourteen" for "twelve".

The effect of this Order is to increase the membership of the Medico-Social Research Board from twelve to fourteen.
