EXCHANGE CONTROL REGULATIONS, 1974.

I, RICHIE RYAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31 of the Exchange Control Act, 1954 (No. 30 of 1954), as continued by the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1970 (No. 23 of 1970), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exchange Control Regulations, 1974.

(2) The Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 to 1973, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 to 1974.

2. The Irish Bank of Commerce Limited of Curran House, 9/12 Fleet Street, Dublin 2, and United Dominions Trust (Ireland) Limited of 13/16 Fleet Street, Dublin 2, are each hereby appointed to be an authorised dealer.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations add the Irish Bank of Commerce Limited of Curran House, 9/12 Fleet Street, Dublin 2, and United Dominions Trust (Ireland) Limited of 13/16 Fleet Street, Dublin 2, to the list of authorised dealers for the purposes of the Exchange Control Acts.
