ANIMAL AND POULTRY COMPOUND FEEDING STUFFS (CONTROL OF ANTIBIOTICS) REGULATIONS, 1972.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (No. 8 of 1955), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), hereby make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal and Poultry Compound Feeding Stuffs (Control of Antibiotics) Regulations, 1972.

2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 29th day of December, 1972.

3. A person shall not use any substance specified in the Schedule to these Regulations in the manufacture for sale of any compound feeding stuff.
