HOUSING AUTHORITIES (LOAN CHARGES CONTRIBUTIONS AND MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS, 1967 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NO. 2), 1972.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 5 and 44 of the Housing Act, 1966 , (No. 21 of 1966) with the consent of the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Authorities (Loan Charges Contributions and Management) Regulations, 1967 (Amendment) Regulations, (No. 2), 1972.

2. Article 5 of the Housing Authorities (Loan Charges Contributions and Management) Regulations, 1967 ( S.I. No. 71 of 1967 ) is hereby amended by the addition to subparagraph (iii) of paragraph (b) of sub-article (1) of "where the site is provided prior to 22nd November, 1972, or £900 where the site is provided on or after that date."

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations amend the Housing Authorities (Loan Charges, Contributions and Management) Regulations, 1967 by providing for an increase in the cost limit of building sites on which contributions to loan charges may be made by the Minister for Local Government under section 44 of the Housing Act, 1966 .
