TRADE UNION ACT, 1971 (NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR NEGOTIATION LICENCE) REGULATIONS, 1972.

I, JOSEPH BRENNAN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Trade Union Act, 1941 (No. 22 of 1941) (as extended by Section 2 of the Trade Union Act, 1971 (No. 33 of 1971)) and the Labour (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 164 of 1966 ), hereby make the following regulations :

1. These regulations may be cited as the Trade Union Act, 1971 (Notice of Intention to apply for Negotiation Licence) Regulations, 1972.

2. Every notice under Section 2 (1) (a) (ii) of the Trade Union Act, 1971 (No. 33 of 1971), of intention to make an application under Section 9 of the Trade Union Act, 1941 (No. 22 of 1941), for a negotiation licence under Part II of that Act, shall be in the form contained in the Schedule to these regulations.

SCHEDULE.

TRADE UNION ACTS, 1871 TO 1971.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 2 (1) (a) (ii) of the Trade Union Act, 1971 , by the Trade Union referred to below, of its intention to make an application under Section 9 of the Trade Union Act, 1941 , for a negotiation licence under that Act.
