GREYHOUND RACE TRACK (RACE CARD CHARGES) REGULATIONS, 1972.

Bord na gCon, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sub-section (5) of Section 48 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 , (No. 12 of 1958) and also by subsection (3) of Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say:

(1) Article 5 of the Greyhound Race Track (Admission Charges) Regulations, 1970, is hereby revoked.

(2) These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Race Card Charges) Regulations, 1972.

(3) For the purpose of these regulations, a racing session shall mean a programme of not more than ten greyhound races, at a greyhound race track licensed under the Act.

(4) The maximum charge for race cards to be made at the greyhound race tracks listed as follows, in respect of a racing session shall be 10p for each race card.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these regulations is to fix the maximum charges to be made for race cards for racing sessions at greyhound race tracks licensed under the Act.
