CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1971) ORDER 1971.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day, 1971) Order, 1971.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 30th day of April, 1971, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints a day in 1971 on which ordinary members of the Cork District Milk Board shall be elected.
