WARBLE FLY (NOTIFICATION AND TREATMENT) ORDER, 1967 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1971.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (2) of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Warble Fly (Notification and Treatment) Order, 1967 (Revocation) Order, 1971.

2. The Warble Fly (Notification and Treatment) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 216 of 1967 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the Order referred to in Article 2 which made warble fly infestation a notifiable disease and provided for the control of movement and for the treatment and certification of infested animals.
