9.—(1) Section 19 of the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act, 1960 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “two hundred and fifty pounds” for “one hundred pounds” in subsections (1) and (2). | |
(2) Section 33 (4) (a) of the Act of 1961 is hereby amended by the substitution of “two hundred and fifty pounds” for “one hundred pounds”. |
