VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMITTEES (CITY OF LIMERICK VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMITTEE) REGULATIONS, 1970.

I, PÁDRAIG FAULKNER, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 108 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), as amended by section 2 of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act, 1970 (No. 15 of 1970), hereby make the following regulations.

1. These regulatons may be cited as the Vocational Education Committees (City of Limerick Vocational Education Committee) Regulations, 1970.

2. An election of members of the City of Limerick Vocational Education Committee shall take place at the quarterly meeting of the Limerick City Council held next after the making of these regulations, and that election shall be included in the business to be transacted at that meeting.
