SHANNON FREE AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1970 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1970.

I, PATRICK J. LALOR, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (Amendment) Act, 1970 (No. 9 of 1970), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (Amendment) Act, 1970 (Commencement) Order, 1970.

2. The 31st day of July, 1970, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (Amendment) Act, 1970 (No. 9 of 1970), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (Amendment) Act, 1970 into operation on 31st July, 1970.
