WATERFORD SUBURBS TRAFFIC TEMPORARY RULES, 1970.

I, MICHAEL J. WYMES, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 89 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), as amended by section 6 of the Road Traffic Act, 1968 (No. 25 of 1968), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following temporary rules in respect of the area specified in paragraph 3 of these rules:

1. These rules may be cited as the Waterford Suburbs Traffic Temporary Rules, 1970.

2. These rules shall come into operation on the 29th day of July, 1970.

3. These rules shall apply to the area comprising the county borough of Waterford and the townlands of Newrath, Ballyrobin, Rockshire and Mountsion in the county of Kilkenny.

4. Where a traffic sign specifies the course to be taken by traffic in a street or prohibits entry into a street by a particular direction, the requirements of that sign shall be complied with.
