JURY (PANELS FOR TRIAL OF CRIMINAL ISSUES) ORDER, 1970.

I, MICHEÁL Ó MÓRÁIN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Juries Act, 1961 (No. 11 of 1961), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Juries (Panels for Trial of Criminal Issues) Order, 1970.

2. Jury District No. 1 of County Tipperary (North Riding) and Jury District No. 2 of County Tipperary (North Riding) are hereby specified for the purposes of section 4 (1) of the Juries Act, 1961 (No. 11 of 1961).

3. Jury District No. 1 of County Louth and Jury District No. 2 of County Louth are hereby specified for the purposes of section 4 (1) of the Juries Act, 1961 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order specifies the Jury Districts from which jurors are liable to be called for service at criminal trials at Courts sitting in Counties Louth and Tipperary, North Riding.
