DUBLIN PARKING TEMPORARY RULES, 1969 (REVOCATION) RULES, 1970.

I, MICHAEL J. WYMES, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 90 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following rules:

1. These rules may be cited as the Dublin Parking Temporary Rules, 1969 (Revocation) Rules, 1970.

2. These rules shall come into operation on the 14th day of January, 1970.

3. The Dublin Parking Temporary Rules, 1969 ( S.I. No. 71 of 1969 ), are hereby revoked.

The Minister for Local Government hereby consents to the making of the foregoing temporary rules.
