10.—Every member of the Committee and any Sub-Committee for the time being shall be entitled to be paid a fee not exceeding £3. 3. 0. for each meeting of the Committee or Sub-Committee at which he shall be present or such larger sum as may be approved of by the Commissioners from time to time.
