Chairman.

7.—(1) The Chairman (if any) of the 1846 Committee immediately prior to the establishment date shall be the Chairman of the Committee.

(2) Where the office of Chairman of the Committee becomes vacant the Committee shall at their next meeting elect one of their members to be Chairman of the Committee.
|
|
| |
(3) Where the Chairman of the Committee ceases to be a member of the Committee he shall forthwith cease to be such Chairman.
|
|
| |
(4) In the case of an equal division of votes on the election of the Chairman of the Committee the member to be elected shall be determined by lot.
