MERCHANT SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON LOAD LINES) (CONVENTION COUNTRIES) ORDER, 1969.

The Government, being satisfied that the Governments of the countries specified in the Schedule to this Order has accepted or acceded to the Convention of 1966 and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 30 (1) of the Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act, 1968 (No. 17 of 1968), hereby make the following order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (International Convention on Load Lines) (Convention Countries) Order, 1969.

2. It is hereby declared that the Governments of the countries specified in the Schedule to this Order have accepted or acceded to the Convention of 1966.
