CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) (No. 3) REGULATIONS, 1969.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947) (as amended by section 11 of the Customs-free Airport (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 29 of 1958)) and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 3) Regulations, 1969.

2. The Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export to Southern Rhodesia) Order, 1969 ( S.I. No. 105 of 1969 ), and the Control of Exports (Southern Rhodesia) (No. 2) Order, 1969 ( S.I. No. 106 of 1969 ), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to extend to the Customs-free Airport at Shannon the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export to Southern Rhodesia) Order, 1969 and the Control of Exports (Southern Rhodesia) (No. 2) Order, 1969.
