LIMERICK TRAFFIC TEMPORARY RULES, 1969.

I, MICHAEL J. WYMES, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 89 (3) of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following temporary rules in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Limerick :—

1. These rules may be cited as the Limerick Traffic Temporary Rules, 1969.

2. These rules shall come into operation on the 10th day of April, 1969.

3. Traffic approaching the junction of Henry Street and Sarsfield Street from Henry Street shall not, upon reaching that junction, turn right.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

Rule 3 prohibits traffic approaching the junction of Henry Street/Sarsfield Street from Henry Street from turning right at that junction.
