REDUNDANCY (COLLECTION OF CONTRIBUTIONS) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1968.

I, P. S. Ó h-IRIGHILE, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 28 (5), 33 (1), 33 (2), 35 (1) and 58 of the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967 (No. 21 of 1967), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These regulations may be cited as the Redundancy (Collection of Contributions) (Revocation) Regulations, 1968.

2. These regulations shall come into operation on the 6th day of January, 1969.

3. The Redundancy (Collection of Contributions) Regulations, 1968 ( S.I. No. 4 of 1968 ), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is that from 6th January, 1969 the use of special cards and stamps for redundancy contributions will be discontinued.
