COLLISION REGULATIONS (SHIPS AND SEAPLANES ON THE WATER) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1968.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 424 (as adapted by section 58 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (No. 40 of 1936)) and 738 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Collision Regulations (Ships and Seaplanes on the Water) (Amendment) Order, 1968.

(2) The Collision Regulations (Ships and Seaplanes on the Water) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 185 of 1965 ), and this Order may be cited together as the Collision Regulations (Ships and Seaplanes on the Water) Orders, 1965 and 1968.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Collision Regulations (Ships and Seaplanes on the Water) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 185 of 1965 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for the Second Schedule thereto of the following:

"SECOND SCHEDULE

COUNTRIES WHICH HAVE ACCEPTED THE REGULATIONS FOR PREVENTING COLLISIONS AT SEA.
