	Driving without reasonable consideration.	49.—The Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion of the following section after section 51:
		“Driving without reasonable consideration.
		51A. (1) A person shall not drive a vehicle in a public place without reasonable consideration for other persons using the place.
		(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence.”
