DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1967) ORDER, 1967.

I, NEIL BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 11 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), hereby order as follows (the year 1967 being, in the case of the Dublin District Milk Board, a third year such as is referred to in that subsection):

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1967) Order, 1967.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 14th day of December, 1967, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Dublin District Milk Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order appoints the day in 1967 on which ordinary members of the Dublin District Milk Board shall be elected. These elections take place every third year, the last election having been held in 1964.
