IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (IMITATION PARCHMENT OR GREASEPROOF PAPER) ORDER, 1967.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Imitation Parchment or Greaseproof Paper) Order, 1967.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 4th day of May, 1967.

3. The duties of customs at the rates of 40 per cent, 26.7 per cent, 24 per cent and 21.3 per cent imposed by paragraphs 5 (a), 5 (c), 5 (d) and 5 (e) of and mentioned in the Schedule to the Imposition of Duties (No. 159) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 132 of 1966 ), at tariff heading numbers 48.03 (B) (1), 48.05 (B) (2) (a), 48.07 (H) (2) (a) and 48.15 (N) shall not be charged or levied.
